Our Story

Built by people who'd rather over-engineer than under-deliver.

Zest Exhibitions started in Noida with one belief: an exhibition stall is a three-day-long first impression, and it deserves the same rigour as permanent architecture.

Who We Are

An exhibition stall design and fabrication company built for accountability.

Zest Exhibitions is a Noida-based exhibition stall design and fabrication company serving manufacturing brands, MNCs, government bodies, event agencies, startups and international clients across India and abroad. We were founded on a simple frustration common across the exhibition industry: design studios and fabrication workshops are usually two different vendors, communicating through email chains and site visits, with no single party accountable when a stall doesn't match its render. We closed that gap by building both under one roof — the same team that draws the concept also cuts the material, fabricates the frame, and installs it on the show floor. That single change is why our clients keep coming back for their next exhibition, and their next commercial interior project after that.

Today, that means 250+ exhibition stalls delivered across 18+ industries, from FMCG brand experience booths to government pavilions at international trade fairs, all fabricated in-house and installed on schedule.

Vision

To be the exhibition partner Indian and international brands trust without a second bid.

We want every client's first call for their next show to be the only call they need to make — no competitive re-tender, no second-guessing the finish quality, because the last stall we built for them already answered that question.

Mission

Design and fabricate every stall with the precision of a permanent structure.

An exhibition stall might stand for three days, but the engineering, material choices and finish discipline behind it should be no different from a structure built to stand for thirty years. On schedule, on budget, every single show — that standard doesn't flex based on how long the stall will be up.

Core Values

What every project is held to.

Precision

Engineering First

Every exhibition stall design is signed off structurally — load calculations, material specification, safety compliance — before it's signed off aesthetically. A stall that looks right but isn't engineered right doesn't leave our workshop.

Trust

Deadlines Are Fixed

Exhibition dates don't move for anyone, so our install schedule doesn't either. We build in buffer time for fabrication delays so the organiser's build window is never the first time we're testing whether a deadline holds.

Craft

In-House Workshop

No outsourced fabrication, no third-party print vendor, no subcontracted installation crew. Every stage of the build stays inside our Noida workshop, under the same quality checks, so nothing gets diluted at a handoff.

Infrastructure

Our Noida workshop.

Design studio, fabrication floor and print unit under one roof in Noida — letting us hold quality and timelines that outsourced vendors can't guarantee. Structural drawings, material cutting, joinery, backlit graphics and final finishing all happen inside the same facility, reviewed by the same quality team, before anything ships to a show floor.

That proximity is also why we can turn around fast: a design change doesn't need to travel between three vendors before it reaches the saw.

Why Us?

The edge we bring that other fabricators don't.

Plenty of vendors can build a stall. What clients tell us they actually value is what happens around the build — the communication, the deadline discipline, and never being surprised by a number after the quote is signed.

01

On-Time, Every Time

Timely completion, delivery and handover within deadline — exhibition dates don't move, so our fabrication and install schedule is built with buffer time in, not squeezed against the wire.

02

You're Never Left Guessing

We update you on every development related to your project — design sign-off, fabrication progress, install scheduling — so you're never chasing us for a status update.

03

An Experienced Core Team

The best of our team carries years of hands-on experience in exhibition stall design and fabrication specifically — not general contracting work adapted to the exhibition industry.

04

Affordable, Without Cutting Corners

Competitive fabrication costs achieved through our in-house workshop model — no third-party markups from outsourced vendors passed on to you.

05

Full Transparency, Start to Finish

One quote, one scope, no hidden line items after the show closes. What we agree to at the start is what you're billed at the end.

06

Precision at Every Stage

From structural drawings to final finishing, every stage is checked against the original design — so the stall that arrives on-site is the stall you approved on paper.

FAQs

Common questions about exhibition stalls.

How much does an exhibition stall cost in India?

Cost depends on stall area, open sides, material choice and design complexity. A modular stall typically costs less per square metre than a fully custom build. Share your stall area and requirement on our enquiry form and we'll come back with a detailed quote within 48 hours.

How long does exhibition stall fabrication take?

Most stalls are fabricated in 2–4 weeks once the design is signed off, with installation completed inside the organiser's build window — typically 1–3 days before the show opens. Double-deck and country pavilion builds need more lead time.

Do you handle stall design and fabrication, or just one?

Both, under one roof. Our in-house team in Noida handles design, structural engineering, fabrication, printing, installation and dismantling — so there's a single point of accountability from concept to teardown.

Can you deliver an exhibition stall outside India?

Yes. We've fabricated and shipped stalls for international shows including Dubai and Saudi Arabia, handling customs documentation, freight and on-ground installation for overseas venues.

What's the difference between a modular and a custom exhibition stall?

A modular stall uses a reusable frame system that can be reconfigured for different shows, keeping fabrication cost down over multiple events. A custom stall is a one-off structure built specifically for a single show or brand concept, with no reuse constraints on design.

Do you also do commercial interiors, not just exhibition stalls?

Yes — retail, office and showroom interior design and fit-out, delivered by the same design and fabrication team that builds our exhibition stalls, so the finish quality is consistent across both.

How do I get a quote for my stall?

Fill in your stall area, dimensions, number of open sides and exhibition details on our enquiry form, or message us directly on WhatsApp. We typically respond with a concept direction and quote within 48 hours.
